Welcome to the blog for our English 100 course! This blog will have everything you need for this course: the syllabus, readings, handouts, assignment descriptions, and other wonderful resources.

WHAT TO DO HERE...

Each week you must reply to the blog for the week. It will be titled Week One, Week Two, and so on. At the end of the week(Sunday evening), I'll record who responded, so you won't be able to go back and make up your responses from previous weeks. Remember, the point is to begin to write as a habit...The best way to exercise this new habit is to overdo it. Don't just respond. Instead, respond, then wait, then respond to someone's response. Turn it into a dialogue. This is non-graded writing. But it still matters. Do too much. Be obnoxiously verbose!

    I think it is very intersting and rather odd that the goat actually allowed the hen to even come within that great of a distance towards it.The hen even had the courage to rest on the goat.To be honest, I am assuming that the goat was kind of tired to fight back to make the hen leave, so the goat decided it would be kind enough to let the hen rest on it's back for a brief minute.

    I think this picture is very interesting. The goat and hen look so friendly its almost unreal. i used to live on a farm and never experienced anything like this.

    Hmm, it looks photoshopped. But regardless of it is or not, i don't think much of it. I was hoping to see a horn piercing through the side of the hen.

    Life ins't just about the strongest over the weakest, there is the existence of that element. Here above the chicken is on top of the sheep, why, because like i said your friend can be someone you had never thought it would be your friend. The sheep doesn't even care nor notices the chicken on his back.

    This picture says it all, that a big man can be as nice as any other small person in this world. Here the goat is simply giving his body to let the chicken rest, sounds like the goat is being polite. kindness is what the picture gives out. That the act we do depends on that persons ability and responce! This picture show how the goat doesn't mind about the chicken on its back, just that the chicken can rest for another big day....

    Snowflake was having a slow day. The weather was hot and muggy, making her uncomfortably sticky. It didn't help matters that April, one of the farmer's hens, was sitting on her.

    "Um, don't you have any laying to do?" Snowflake asked.

    "Nope, not at all!" April happily chirped.

    It was definitely going to be a long day.

    This picture reminds me of an episode of Oprah, different animals that have these specials friendships. It was so sweet. There was a story about an elephant and a dog that went everywhere together. One day the dog got hurt, and couldn't go outside. The elephant would come up to the fence every day to check on her friend. The owners of the dog would bring out the dog so she could spend time with her friend. It was the sweetest thing ever.

    this picture is funny, but it dosent matter if the animals are different beecause at the end they are really good friends.
